Hex Snake

Hex Snake is a unique combination of the classic snake game and strategic puzzle elements that add new complexity and challenge to the gameplay. The game takes place on a 10 x 10 hexagonal grid, where a target is always present in a hexagonal cell on the board. The player will control the snake to move through the hexagonal cells with the main goal of growing the snake for as long as possible. Navigate your snake to collect items so that it can grow. Each time, your snake will grow one hexagonal cell. This will intensify the difficulty of movement, as the game terminates when the snake's head collides with the board boundary or its own body.

Game Mechanic

• The snake moves continuously in a specific direction, and the player can control its direction of movement with the arrow keys.
• The snake can move in six possible directions from any cell, unlike the four directions in traditional Snake games. This extended range of movement requires players to think strategically about their next moves to avoid collisions and maximize their score.
• The snake's head's current direction determines its movement to an adjacent hex. If the snake occupies more than one hex, each subsequent snake body will move to occupy the previous snake's hex.
