Penalty Shooters 3 is an enjoyable soccer game for gamers who are enthusiastic about playing sports video games. Get ready to score and win! The game may be played in two different modes: Tier Challenge and World Cup. The Tier Challenge has six difficult levels, while the World Cup mode will take you to prominent stadiums. 

These modes are broken up into two pieces. If you are the shooter, you must click and hold the mouse anywhere on the screen for the target to appear. When the target reaches the area you want, let go of the left mouse button. Your player character will take a shot at the ball, and if it is successful in going through the goalkeeper's legs, you will get a point. As the defender, you need to watch the screen for the opponent's shooter's target and then click on it as soon as you can to retrieve the ball before it goes out of your reach. After the first five turns of the competition, the victory goes to the team that has accumulated the most points.
