Sprunki 1996 takes you straight to the vibrant pixel world of the 90s! This unique mod, inspired by the beloved Incredibox, lets you become a beatmaker by dragging and dropping musical characters to create legendary mixes. With 20 new sprites, classic VHS graphics, and an immersive atmosphere, Sprunki 1996 feels like a “lost” app from 1996. Are you ready to dive into this musical world?
An innovative blend of classic aesthetics with modern interactivity
Designed by Draker in Scratch, this mod recreates classic Sprunki gameplay with a 90s twist. Think pixelated visuals, VHS-style glitches, and iconic drum machine beats that reflect the underground electronic scene of that era. Whether you're a casual player or a music enthusiast, the game's intuitive interface invites you to experiment with layered melodies, video game-inspired loops, and distorted synth sounds.
A quirky start with a spooky twist
As soon as you launch Sprunki 1996, you'll be greeted with a humorous warning about Black Hat, the villain from the Sprunki cartoon. This "emissary of darkness" can turn the game into Horror Mode, complete with eerie visuals and creepy sound effects.
Want to switch to Horror Mode? Just drag the black square button in the bottom right corner to the chorus. To return to the classic default, press the "play" button.
