In Roller Baller, a physics-based platformer, you control a gold ball that you must guide through a maze of perilous hazards.

In Roller Baller, you play through a succession of stages with the objective of guiding a gold ball to the final podium before time runs out. There are 40 levels in all, and the difficulty rises steadily as more and more obstacles are introduced at each successive level. It's important to keep your balance as you go through each level, since falling over the edge will force you to start again. After completing all 40 levels, you'll unlock Free Play mode, where your only goal is to get as far as you can without dying.

Throughout the game's various stages, you'll need to become accustomed to manipulating the rolling ball with micro-motions, testing not only your balance but also your control abilities. There is no room for error on these platforms; if you make a mistake, you'll have to restart the whole level.
