Granny Horror 3 is a first-person stealth survival game that traps you inside a dark, creaking mansion with two relentless pursuers. To survive, you must navigate pitch-black corridors, gather critical tools, and secure one of three distinct escape routes before your five days run out.

Survival Mechanics and House Exploration

Every action in the house carries risk. Progress requires searching drawers, cabinets, and dark corners for items like keys, fuses, crowbars, and lockpicks. However, you can only carry one item at a time, forcing you to prioritize your objectives carefully.

Controls & Basic Actions

• Movement: Walk cautiously or crouch to avoid stepping on creaking floorboards
• Interact: Search furniture, collect items, unlock padlocks, and repair machinery
• Distract: Throw objects across rooms to create noise and pull pursuers away from your target area

Your main threats act on different senses. Granny tracks every object dropped on the floor and sets hidden bear traps. Grandpa is hard of hearing but patrols with a loaded shotgun. Meanwhile, Slendrina can appear unexpectedly behind you, requiring an immediate turn away to avoid a quick end to your run.

Unlocking doors or installing machinery components persists across your five days. However, getting caught ends your current day, causing you to wake up injured with a physical limp and reduced visibility on subsequent attempts.

Game Modes and Escape Routes

You win by completing one of three escape plans

• The Gate: Power up the generator and replace the fuse to open the yard gate
• The Train: Restore power to the underground station, defeat the security robot requirements, and clear the tracks
• The Hot-Air Balloon: Assemble the basket, fuel lines, and burner on the upper structure

Customization options allow you to tailor each run. Difficulty tiers range from Easy to Extreme, while special toggles like Practice mode, Nightmare darkness, and Slendrina controls adjust the overall challenge.
