How to Run & Survive in Shape Rush

In Shape Rush, your character automatically races forward, so your main task is to react quickly by jumping, flying, or changing gravity to avoid hazards. Hitting a spike, wall, or trap immediately ends the run, but the instant respawn system lets you jump straight back into the action and practice difficult sections without waiting. The electronic soundtrack also plays an important role, with each beat providing timing cues that can help you predict jumps and upcoming obstacles. Along the way, you’ll encounter interactive elements such as jump orbs, gravity pads, speed portals, and shifting terrain, each adding a new challenge to the fast-paced course.
