Worm Path is a grid-based logic puzzle game that challenges you to guide a clever worm out of intricate mazes. Every level places you inside a structured grid filled with obstacles, traps, and restrictive walls. Your primary task is to clear a safe route to the goal while moving step-by-step across tiles.
How Worm Path Works
Each puzzle presents a maze-like grid with the worm, blocks, obstacles, and an exit. Your goal is to clear a route and reach the destination by working out the right sequence of movements. Moving a stone block can open one path while closing another, so look at the whole layout before committing to your next step.
As the puzzles become more challenging, you'll need to anticipate future moves and evaluate how each action impacts the remaining path. Getting to the exit isn't simply about finding an open space; it's about avoiding a position that prevents the worm from progressing.
Controls & Basic Actions
Use the mouse, WASD or arrow keys to
- Grid Movement: Use directional inputs to step across individual tiles
- Block Pushing: Move stone blocks across the field to clear blocked passages
- Path Planning: Assess the board before moving to avoid creating dead ends
Watch for traps and blocked paths, and avoid making moves that create a dead end.
What Makes Worm Path Different?
The game's main challenge comes from combining worm movement with block-based maze solving. Instead of simply following an open route, you must manipulate the environment while keeping the worm's future path available.
